Simple, hearty, and packed with flavor, sausage peppers and onions is baked for just 30 minutes for an easy, no-fuss dinner. The sausage turns juicy while the peppers and onions soften and caramelize, bringing everything together in one pan. It’s a quick, family-friendly meal that’s a hit with kids every time.

Ingredients
 

  • 6 mild sausage links (each sausage link sliced into 3 pieces)
  • 2 bell peppers (sliced in 1/2-inch slices)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In a large bowl combine sausage, bell peppers, & onion
  • Sprinkle the seasoning salt & chili powder on top
  • Drizzle the olive oil on top
  • Stir together until well mixed
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30min
  • Let rest for 15 minutes when done
