- 1 lb ground beef, 80/20 blend
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Glaze
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once it's hit 350 degrees wait at least 10 minutes before cooking the meatloaf
Mix Meatloaf Ingredients
- Using a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except for the onion & cheese. Mix until everything appears combined. This should take about 30 seconds. Now, mix in the cheese and onions.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes in the bowl
- Shape the meatloaf (about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide) and place in a baking dish.
