Ingredients
 

Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground beef, 80/20 blend
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Glaze

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once it's hit 350 degrees wait at least 10 minutes before cooking the meatloaf

Mix Meatloaf Ingredients

  • Using a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except for the onion & cheese. Mix until everything appears combined. This should take about 30 seconds. Now, mix in the cheese and onions.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes in the bowl
  • Shape the meatloaf (about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide) and place in a baking dish.

Make the Glaze

  • Mix all ingredients together (ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and worchesterie sauce)
  • Apply glaze all over the meatloaf. Make sure to use all of the glaze.

Make the Meatloaf

  • Bake for 55-60 minutues. Or, until meatloaf reads 160 degrees.
  • Let rest for 15 minutes and then slice into 8 pieces.
