Mexican White Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound white American cheese (slices from the deli department)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 4 oz can of green chili’s
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place white American cheese, milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Heat until melted, stirring frequently. This step should take about 5-6 minutes
- Stir in can of green chiles, cumin, garlic powder, and teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt to taste
