Ingredients
 

  • 2 mangos (diced)
  • ½ red bell pepper (diced)
  • ¼ cup red onion (diced)
  • ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 garlic clove (grated)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice and zest, garlic, and salt.
  • Season to taste and chill until ready to use.
